Harmony
Hall combines Caribbean art and craft with restaurants and accommodation
in special settings in Jamaica and Antigua, while Costa Rica offers a
private retreat with character.
The original Harmony Hall, a mid-1800's Methodist manse
4 ½ miles east of Ocho Rios, has been showcasing the finest Jamaican
art & craft since 1981. Founded by Annabella Proudlock, her husband
Peter and artist Graham Davis, in 1987 they took the concept to Antigua,
acquiring a beautiful property on Nonsuch Bay, near Freetown. Ten years
later, the Italian managers became partners, investing money and love
to create a unique small resort with six
rooms, a highly acclaimed and popular restaurant
and one of the top galleries in Antigua.
In both locations, promoting excellence is a major priority,
whether in art, craft,
cuisine, service or accommodation.
Regular exhibitions in both locations
open on selected Sundays from November to April, offering a rare opportunity
to meet local artists and collectors.
The accommodation in Jamaica and Costa Rica are more recent additions.
The Cottage at Te Moana
is adjacent to the Proudlock's home on the sea in Ocho Rios, while La
Casita is set in a glorious garden near Puerto Viejo de Limon,
on the Caribbean coast.
This
site is designed to give a taste of what Harmony Hall offers. Peter and
Annabella will happily provide additional information. Contact them at
