H. Lisa Solon
H. Lisa Solon was born in Brooklyn, New York. She was educated at New York University (MBA and BA) and the International Center of Photography, New York, NY. Lisa has exhibited widely in the United States and abroad. Her work is in numerous public and private collections worldwide. She has received several awards for her work including a 1999 Fellowship from the New Jersey State Council of the Arts. Her work was included in the 2006 and 2008 Jamaica National Biennial Exhibitions at the National Gallery in Kingston. She lives and makes art in Tower Isle, St. Mary, Jamaica.
